David H. LawtonDavid Lawton is a litigation attorney who focuses his practice on toxic torts, environmental law, general civil litigation and appellate matters. His environmental litigation experience includes matters involving the Compensation Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act ("CERCLA"), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act ("RCRA"), the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act ("MSA"), the National Environmental Policy Act ("NEPA") and the Administrative Procedure Act ("APA"). David is currently a member of our superfund litigation team in City of Colton v. American Promotional Events, Inc. -West, et al. (consolidated cases) where we represent clients in both federal and state court litigation involving perchlorate and other contamination in the Rialto-Colton Basin. Prior to joining The Gallagher Law Group, David was the managing attorney for Hualalai Legal Group, LLP and ran a busy trial and appellate practice. He has over 12 years of trial experience.
